Returns & Exchanges

Unused, uninstalled products purchased from Industrial Power Depot may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Products that have been used, installed, or placed into service are not eligible for return. Custom or special-order items are also non-returnable.

Approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be shipped using a prepaid, insured, and trackable shipping method.
